We have been helping organizations run relational organizing programs for nearly a decade. At Organizing Empowerment, our field organizing practice is meant to build a ‘movement’ not a ‘moment’. This is achieved through long-term intentional organizing that is designed and driven by the community members engaged in the program.

Relational organizing with Empower asks volunteers to reach out to friends and family and share personal stories around the issues that matter most to them throughout the campaign cycle and beyond. At Organizing Empowerment, we not only provide the tools to do this efficiently, but also the field training expertise to implement relational organizing the right way.

Relational organizing shifts the focus of issues, elections, or actions from the abstract to the personal. It’s about meeting people where they are at at every level, building real power in communities.
